This role requires a safety-conscious, reliable driver with strong customer service skills and an excellent driving record.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nDriving & Route Operations - 70%\nSafely operate passenger shuttle vans along designated routes and schedules to transport employees to and from Airbus MMS.\nMonitor and optimize turn times actively to ensure employee wait times are kept to a minimum.\nProvide overtime shift coverage as required to maintain continuous shuttle service.\nPassenger Tracking & Fleet Logs - 20%\nRecord hourly passenger counts accurately to track volume across all designated stops.\nLog vehicle mileage daily to assist fleet management in determining proper routine maintenance schedules.\nCommunication & Fleet Care - 10%\nPromptly communicate with supervisors and fellow drivers regarding any route deviations, delays, or needs.\nClean vehicle interiors on a regular basis to maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment.\nCommunicate courteously with passengers regarding route stops and schedule requirements.\nQualifications & Requirements\nEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent required.\nDriver’s License (Required): Active, valid Class D Driver’s License with a clean driving record.\nDriver’s License (Preferred): Active Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class C).\nExperience & Skills\nBasic passenger vehicle driving experience with little or no record of driving infractions.\nPrior experience driving CDL-level or large passenger vehicles is preferred.\nStrong time-management skills and practical knowledge of vehicle operation.\nProficient spoken and written English communication skills.\nThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.\nCompany:\nAirbus Americas, Inc.Employment Type:\nAgency / TemporaryExperience Level:\nEntry LevelRemote Type:\nOn-siteJob Family:\nLogistics ------\n------\nAirbus provides equal opportunities to all individuals seeking assignment with Airbus without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetics, pregnancy, marital status, veteran status or other legally protected status.
