Job Description: Job Summary: The Site Manager will be responsible for the management and control of personal and activities on site to ensure optimal service support. The Site Manager will ensure all operational requirement of the Contract on site are delivered in timely manner to maintain high customer satisfaction. The Site Manager will be responsible to manage compliance of Quality, Safety and Maintenance standards applicable to Airbus and Customer Standards. The Site Manager will lead a team of experienced maintenance technicians. List of responsibilities: Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality and Export Control Regulations and Procedures •Comply with all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies and Regulations •Manage, assign and control the site maintenance team duties •Provide monthly reporting on operations KPIs, and performance on site to management •Monitor and track operational issues and provide status updates on corrections to management as requested •Ensure satisfactory performance of both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance within a customer environment •Apply the highest Quality and Safety standards in managing the site operations •Report any and all i
