latest technologies, research and evaluate new tools, and support the adoption of tooling and industry best practices.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nFull Stack Software Engineer\nCore Expertise & Experience\nExperience: Engineering graduate with 3-6 years of professional experience in full stack development.\nFundamental Principles: Strong foundational knowledge in Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and the SOLID principles.\nAgile Methodology: Proficient in agile development, specifically experienced with SAFe and SCRUM methodologies.\nBackend & Java Ecosystem\nJava Proficiency: Strong expertise in the Java programming language (including JDK 8+) and its ecosystem.\nFrameworks & Tools: Extensive experience with the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot and Hibernate, and build automation using Maven.\nArchitecture: Proven ability to develop multithreaded, scalable applications and implement Microservices using Java/Spring Framework.\nAPI Development: Skilled in designing and implementing APIs, including RESTful web services and SOAP-based web services.\nFrontend & Database Skills\nFrontend Proficiency: Proficient in front-end
