You will be responsible for designing Nacelle and Pylon Airframe products and propulsion system physical integration.\nSpecific roles within the team include :\nContributing to Airbus proprietary products, such as air inlet or Pylon design\n\nSpecifying, guiding, and validating supplier Nacelle components\n\nPhysically integrating all major propulsion system components\n\nIn this frame, the propulsion engineering domain needs you to improve and develop our products and our dynamic design structure community !\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Structure design and validation\nLead the design Solution (technical decisions, signatures, routines…)\n\nEnsure Co-design with Manufacturing approach\n\nIntegrate Innovative solutions in the context of multi architectures trade\n\nIntegrate multidisciplinary requirements : safety, system installation, manufacturing technologies, tolerancing, stress, material & process, operability\n\nCAD modeling from Space Allocation Mockup (SAM) to Geometrical Reference Mock-up (GRM), including detailed design to issue definition dossier for industrialisation\n\n2. System installation design and Optimization:\ndevelop optimized, robust, and cost-effective electrical and mechanical system installation solutions (e.g., electric, fuel, hydraulic, bleed, fire systems, drainage). The goal is to reduce weight and costs, improve reliability, performance, manufacturability, and maintainability of pylon system installation.\n\nlead the activity related to the implementation of these solutions on the aircraft, covering both the existing fleet and the next generation propulsion systems of future aircraft.\n\nActively contribute to the identification, definition, and maturation of new system installation \"techno bricks\" (e.g., new design principles, routing concepts, integration solutions) relevant for future propulsion architectures.\n\nSupport Technology Leaders in preparing and contributing to design studies and Technology Readiness Level (TRL) reviews\n\nTo lead and resolve complex system topics, such as those associated with ATA36 (bleed system) or ATA24 (electrical systems), which involve highly challenging thermo/meca/vibration/installation constraints. This includes defining design solutions (3D, drawings, concessions, repairs).\n\nTo ensure strong coordination of all stakeholders, including plant production, in-service support, project teams, R&T, and Chief Engineering.\n\n3. Propulsion Physical integration\nCoordinate with and follow-up the engine or nacelle manufacturers activities to support the deliverables of our team.\n\nResponsible for the powerplant Interface Control Documents (ICD), Digital Mockup (DMU) integration and FAL installation drawings.
