You will be part of one of those and a key member of the organization.\nThe role of SCQM is a very recognized and leading role within our supplier performance management strategy.\nYou will be in charge of the overall performance and compliance of a given supplier or a portfolio of suppliers to ensure On Time and on Quality deliveries to our customers. You will also bring the Supply Chain and Quality contribution to the Procurement\nMulti-Functional Team and implement the Procurement strategy.\nMissions and activities\nYour main activities will be\nEngaging Suppliers\n\nContributing and supporting the multifunctional team and deploying the associated strategy\n\nContributing to the supplier’s selection and supporting definition contractual requirements and claim management with suppliers\n\nSecuring to the deployment of Supply Chain standards, and quality method and tools such as APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)\n\nEnsuring that suppliers have clear plans to support the rate evolution\n\nManaging suppliers and ensuring on Supplier site presence\n\nChecking supplier compliance to Airbus Atlantic and EASA regulations\n\nEstablishing industrial risks analysis and monitoring associated surveillance plan\n\nEarly warning, alerting and bringing the issues to management level\n\nIdentifying and supporting improvement plan and development needs with the supplier to improve the industrial maturity and robustness\n\nGuarantying the convergence to industrial maturity objectives: capability and capacity.\n\nFollowing the on time and on quality of the supplier and launch correctives actions if required\n\nPerforming regular industrial assessment at the supplier facilities (Gemba walk, survey)\n\nYour activities will be performed thanks to different tools, you will have to get familiar to.
