This is an opportunity to join a diverse and dynamic Technical Team focused on:\nShape the future based on innovation of our products, new technologies and way of working, \nState of the art product consolidation,\nContinuous Performance improvement.\nDefinitely, we are moved by our passion to make it fly!\nMission\nManage contract execution, being in charge of Supplier quality performance.\nPerform an effective control of supplier activities, securing a close understanding of the supplier's overall situation and scope.\nCoordinate the interfaces of all the stakeholders involved in the supplier operations management and securing coordination with the corresponding Multi-Functional Team (MFT)\nImplement sustainable improvement of the Supply Chain performance.\nTasks & Accountabilitie s\nAct as a key operational supplier interface and inspire trust & teamwork between Airbus & suppliers.\nEnsure on Quality deliveries to protect business operations by managing milestones, product life cycle reviews, and deliverables and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.\nProtect production through correcting, improving and developing suppliers delivery and quality performance including related follow-up of action plans.\nManage supplier quality Approval/Authorization, ensure that suppliers are compliant with certifications required in coordination with relevant stakeholders.\nMonitor, control and drive progress, Identify and Mitigate risks & opportunities. Communicate status & plans and escalate where relevant.\nMonitor and control supplier performance and define and lead/monitor recovery and improvement actions when needed, on live programs and in preparation of the future.\nManage corrective action plans to avoid re-occurrences and therefore reduce the number of deviations and concessions.\nDefining product, supplier, site, qualification, inspection, and surveillance plans with all relevant contributors.\nVerify compliance to applicable requirements and secure industrial Maturity (supplier capability & capacity) with product/supplier audits, inspections, and assessments (Product Quality Issue Resolution and Management, Production Process Verification (FAI), Transfer of Work, etc.)\nContribute to deployment of SC&Q standards, methods & tools.\nLead VRB (Vendor Review Board) and represent SCQ operations in various forums (e.g., SED, TEB, MFT) \nContribute to Commodity strategy through active participation in MFTs, including supplier selection, contract set up and supplier development needs.\nPerform an effective control of supplier activities, securing a close understanding of the supplier's overall situation and scope.\nContribute to the annual Supplier Evaluation Development (SED)\nAssess suppliers during the tendering phase and contribute to the selection decision. \nTo manage and perform some of the product assurance aspects with the supplier in relation with the Product assurance team.\nFor constellations business:\nDay-to-day manage the supplier from contract / PO kick-off to provide all recurrent deliverables: participate or lead as required to progress meetings / design reviews / production reviews including quality gates, deviation / waiver process, non-conformance process, change process, supplier surveillance & performance improvement action plans in coordination with relevant stakeholders (PSM / Commodity is responsible for supplier contractual performance)\nIn a development phase, the SCQM will be a key support to the PSM to bring key knowledge of industrial & manufacturing needs, constraints, and supplier maturity.\nMonitor or support new product introduction to ensure industrial qualification maturity before the serial phase and Assess the Supplier capacity, capability & performance and contribute to the Supplier development. \nIn addition to that, the candidate will take Procurement role for direct and indirect materials in part time, such as:\nEstablish Procurement activities of one or more products /services / suppliers, guarantee the contractual framework of the suppliers with the company and provide the best purchasing conditions for the company. \nContribute to the sourcing activity, manage the tendering and the contract negotiation to achieve the best purchasing conditions in accordance within Company requirements (Internal - External). Monitor the contract (during innovation, development, serial and support phases) with suppliers and Company stakeholders to achieve throughout the contract life cycle a complete application of terms and conditions to ensure suppliers deliver expected performance in all dimensions (Logistics, support, quality, cost...).\nManage the day-to-day relationships with suppliers and running projects to optimize customer value, while minimizing total cost of ownership & risks. \nContribute to the Multifunctional/Multidivisional teams all along the tendering, contracting and contract life cycle phases.\nPerform an effective control of supplier activities, securing a close understanding of supplier overall situation and scope. \nImplement recovery, improvement and development plan in order to secure delivery of the products and services in conformity with contract conditions. \nCoordinate the interfaces of all the stakeholders involved in the supplier operations\nmanagement. \nDay-to-day manage the supplier to provide all services /deliverables. \nContribute to the annual Supplier Evaluation Development (SED) \nIdentify the supplier risks and proposes mitigation actions. Sets short term recovery plans together with the Supply Chain operational teams. \nCoordinate and set up battery procurement\nManage/contribute to contract execution, being responsible for supplier On Quality On Time (OQOT) performance. Perform an effective control of supplier activities, securing a close understanding of supplier overall situation and scope. Implement recovery, improvement and development plan in order to secure delivery of the products and services in conformity with contract, covering quality, delivery aspects. Coordinate all the stakeholders involved in the supplier operations management and contribute to the corresponding Multi-Functional or Divisional Team (MFT/MDT). Act as focal point to consolidate and coordinate data and KPIs related to the key Suppliers with the SCQMs within its group.\nEducation, Certification and background requirements:\nEducated to Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree\nSpanish and English at negotiation level.
