In parallel will be the controller for H145M.\nMain AHE Finance interface for Programs in Spain together with the Manager\nMain AHE Finance interface for Program Controlling in the group together with the Manager\nTeamleader for Controlling team (NH90, Tiger & Commercial programs) for all the programs & Controller for H145M\nProvide full visibility on Programs financial and cost performance.\nBe a challenging business partner for the Programs management aiming financial and operational performance improvement.\nDirect report to the HO Programs & S&S Controlling in AHE\nMain activities are:\nSets up and control of contracts, concerning profitability, risk / opportunities and contingency assessment and management, from business case (handover) to contract / activity closing.\nBuilds up, discusses and substantiates the OP / FC.\nEnsures assumptions consistency of OP / FC and validates its financial compliance.\nControls the monthly result of related contracts / activities.\nFollows up and monitors all the parameters in connection with the business financial performance for the current year.\nSets up and provides relevant reporting and synthesis, performance measurement, root causes for deviations and corresponding advisement and corrective actions to the Program and various stakeholders.\nChallenges all operational entities involved in the Program financial performance, internally and externally in order to trigger corrective and improvement actions.\nFollows-up & challenges the Program related contracts profitability (EAC / CTC).\nAssists Program managers for the EAC / CTC management including workload plan.\nMonitors actual costs vs planned costs, providing sensible feedback and advisement to the corresponding program / activity manager.\nBuilds up, discusses and substantiates all the business cases needed (offers, improvement projects, developments). Ensures assumptions and results coherence so that eventually provides financial validation.\nDirects, supervises and motivates Program Controlling team as well as communication, training and qualification of the people.\nManages the CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION processes since the contract signature up to the invoicing and payment:\nEnsures the monthly and year-end-closing including all necessary provisions and documentation for the auditors.\nBuilds up Forecast on the contract administration perimeter and warns about the trends and deviations, acting accordingly.\nSets up and ensures adequate contract provisions are implemented for risk avoidance / mitigation during contract execution.\nMonitors prices evolution and updates contract conditions accordingly.\nSupports the BID COSTING AND PRICING processes:\nSupports, at the required extent, the biding and contracting process, back office and direct negotiation with customers when required.\nEnsures quotations are consistently supported by feasible assumptions.\nBuilds up costing rationales and validates associated business cases.\nDevelops business modelling and pricing strategy.\nEnsures identified risks are correctly assessed and corresponding provisions are considered to cover associated contingencies and to mitigate / avoid those risks.\nProfessional Experience: > 5 years in Finance with at least 3 years in controlling.\nAcademical background:\nUniversity Degree in Economics.\nUniversity Degree in Business Administration.\nIndustrial Engineer (plus MBA)\nIndustrial Organization Engineer\nKey competences:\nProject Management Skills\nStrong analytical skills\nTeam & “Supportive” Spirit.
