Transport management,Housekeeping & monitoring \nProven consulting background in providing both technical delivery and operations.\nAs operational specialist follow, monitor and process (RCA) systems basis failures (dump, locks, …) \nExperience in performance tuning and security parameters\nCoordinate / Follow the end to end incident management \nMonitoring and configuring the Basis settings,RFC creation \nMaking changes for DDIC on demand \nWork on OSS (Incidents, SAP Notes implementation, Standard modification) \nAdminister and maintain the multiple SAP instances that comprise the SAP environment (development, test and production).\nIntroduce technical changes into the environment using a structured approach that minimizes risk and achieves high reliability, availability and performance of each SAP instance.\nKnowledge on upgrades \nUnderstand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape\nDefine/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules. \nArchitecting SAP solutions for simplicity, massive scale, resiliency and maintainability\nPerformance Tuning - ability to analyse and fine tune existing systems.\nKnowledge of SAP SolMan/Focused Run tools i.e., ChaRM, Job Monitoring etc.,\nExcellent communication skills as required to engage customers on requirements and delivery. \nGood problem solving and analytical skills\nCustomer facing skill.
