This key role is responsible for defining the strategy, maintenance, and evolution of the company’s entire global IT infrastructure. The manager will oversee the infrastructure architecture and support the team to ensure autonomous management of operations.\nThis role will serve as the deputy and substitute for the Director of Digital Operations (IT/IS). You will act as a mentor to the team to foster their professional growth, while ensuring the continuity, security, and efficiency of our digital environment.\nJob Responsibilities and Objectives:\nA. Management of global infrastructure and IT assets.\nResponsible for the full lifecycle and operational availability of all physical and virtual IT assets:\nStrategy: Establish the strategy, design the architecture, and define IT specifications to ensure the support and robustness of the infrastructure, while managing relationships with key external vendors.\n Equipment Lifecycle: Manage the full lifecycle (from definition to decommissioning) of computers, phones, printers, and industrial devices. Ensure PC imaging/reimaging, driver management, and OS updates (e.g., WSUS).\nNetwork architecture and operations: Design and configure the entire network topology. Manage ISP contracts, VPNs, NAC, and firewall configurations. Monitor network performance and organize maintenance operations.\nServer and Storage Management: Oversee server hosting, hardware management, OS updates, and network storage solutions. Ensure the implementation and testing of robust backup and restore procedures.\nVirtualization: Manage the provisioning and maintenance of virtual desktops and VDI environments.\nB. Deputy Director of Digital Operations - IT/IS\nServe as the strategic backup for the Director of Digital Operations, ensuring continuity in governance and operations:\nStrategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the IT/IS roadmap through benchmarking and technology monitoring.\nOperational Governance: Oversee daily operations and team leadership, including budget planning, financial management, and resource allocation.\nRisk and Contract Management: Conduct risk analyses and manage contracts/vendors.\n Service Management: Oversee the Helpdesk structure and incident management. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).\nSystems, Applications, and Data: Coordinate the maintenance and optimization of applications, the ERP system, and software licenses. \n Business Continuity: Ensure the operational readiness of business continuity plans (BCPs) and disaster recovery plans (DRPs).\n What We're Looking For\nBachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science.\nMore than 5 years of experience in infrastructure management and in a senior leadership role.\nSolid knowledge of network topology, server administration (Windows/Linux), virtualization, databases, scripting, cybersecurity standards, and hardware lifecycle management.\nProven ability to manage budgets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and strategic roadmaps. (Experience with ITIL or similar ITSM frameworks is a plus.)\n At least C1 in English is.
