The attendant monitors the use of the equipment and ensures that the tools are kept in good repair. Opened at the Mobile Aeroplex at Brookley in 2015, the facility produces A320 Family aircraft and added a second product line for the A220 in 2019. The facility, which strengthens the U.S. aerospace industry, is part of Airbus’ strategy to enhance its global competitiveness by meeting the growing needs of its customers in the United States and beyond.\nYour challenges:\nTool Shop Functions:\nReceive, store, and issue tools used for production (including chemicals), and maintain records of equipment movement Visually inspection of tools and equipment for defects and wear and coordinate maintenance Mark and identify tools and equipment.\n\nSupport calibration activity under QA guidance.\n\nOperational Procurement Functions:\nCoordinate with local suppliers to validate material order receipt, availability, alternate and due date.\n\nCreate SAP master data and purchase request.\n\nCoordinate with Strategic procurement for material consumption, batch order Quantity and order cycle.\n\nPerform Good receipt and inventory adjust.\n\nParticipate to Audit preparation and Audit process.\n\nShop Floor Control Functions:\n\nPerform Aircraft Clip tools clean up using various methods such as Media Blast.\n\nPerform daily consumable carts kitting activity and station delivery.\n\nParticipate in daily Production meeting.\n\nYour boarding pass:\nExperience in logistics or tool management in a manufacturing environment inventory management experience.
