Besides following best practices and standards.\n\nDesigning and developing in line with the global strategy.\n\nLeveraging the workday technologies to insure best fit implementation of the business expectations\n\nChallenging and advising the business owners to ensure consistency, operability and maintainability of the overall system.\n\nActing as a Consultant and work with Architects on new Workday modules and do POC’s\n\nAct as Consultant not only in development in support and critical conditions\n\nQualification & Experience:\nBachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or relevant stream, with overall 3-5 years of experience (minimum 3 years in Workday Core HCM / Recruitment modules)\n\nMandatory skills:\nWorkday Training Certifications (must have): Core HCM / Recruitment\n\nGood to have: Knowledge on HiredScore.\n\nProficiency with Workday Core HCM, with excellent hands on experience in customizing BP’s, and developing Calc Fields and Condition Rules.\n\nProficiency with Workday Recruitment module with excellent hands on experience.\n\nProficiency in usage of OX 2.0 (Object Transporter)\n\nWorkday Documents and Templates\n\nKnowledge of Human Resources (HR) end to end processes Hire to Retire.\n\nAgile solutions management suite like Version One.\n\nGood analytical and problem solving skills.\n\nGood communication skills and Attention to details. .\n\nHandling backlog activities from conception to finished product.\n\nShould be able to handle things autonomously as an individual contributor.\n\nProviding level, 2 and 3 support services along with solution designing.\n\nSecuring Security and Data protection requirements in the frame of GDPR regulations.\n\nReaching Service Level Agreements / KPI expectations.\n\nContributing to yearly product roadmap and budget needs.\n\nShould be ok to work in shifts (Europe Shift : 13:00 to 22:00 IST)\n\nNice to have:\nFamiliarity with Agile methodology like Scrum, Safe, Kanban etc.,\n\nSuccess Metrics:\nSuccess will be measured in a variety of areas, including but not limited to\nDeliver business value as per expected by the business owner\n\nGive a transparent information during the AGILE rituals (Remaining to do and issues encountered) and request help for support\n\nConsistently ensure the on-time delivery and quality (first-time-right) of the sprints\n\nBring innovative cost effective solutions\n\nAchieve customer satisfaction\n\nAbility to handle a subject from demand management, to development and support\n\nAbility to challenge the needs of the clients and provide appropriate solutions\n\nThe role will have the following key outputs:\nStrong link with the Airbus Information Management organization\n\nStrong link with the Airbus Workday Community of Practice\n\nProactive in providing guidance & inputs for the MyPulse’s product roadmap\n\n**Airbus is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to create an inclusive and diverse work environment.
