You will design, build, and iterate on the key product flows that drive user activation, feature adoption, and trial conversions.\nUnlike traditional full-stack roles that lean heavily toward backend systems, this position requires deep Frontend expertise alongside solid Backend capabilities. You will build user-facing product experiences, run rapid experiments, and shape the initial user journey in Aircall.\nQuality, excellence, and agility drive our delivery processes and you will help us level these up. Using React, NodeJS and Typescript, always hosted on AWS, we build added value and resilient experiences on top of voice and fully integrate with our customers' business critical tools (CRM, Helpdesk, E-Commerce, …).\nYour mission @ Aircall:\nDrive Acquisition & Onboarding: design, implement, and optimize activation funnels, trial experiences, and onboarding flows\nRapid Experimentation: build, ship, and evaluate A/B tests and product feature variations using product analytics to measure impact\nEnd-to-End Ownership: ship high-quality code across the entire stack, from seamless, responsive frontend interfaces to scalable backend logic\nCross-Functional Collaboration: partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Data Analysts to convert user insights into frictionless product experiences\nCreate, design, develop, test, and monitor your code in production autonomously and reliably\nMentor and promote tech growth within the teams\nA little about you:\nYou have demonstrated professional experience across both frontend and backend development, with true full-stack expertise.\nYou have strong frontend mastery: expertise in building complex, modern UI components, reactive interfaces, and web applications.
