We are looking for an outstanding Solutions Engineer to join the Revenue team in an amazing tech startup located in Madrid.

As our premier Solutions Engineer dedicated to supporting Iberia, with a secondary focus on the French market, you will drive immediate value for both our team and our customers from your very first day.

Operating at the nexus of Sales, Customer Relations, and Product, the Solutions Engineering Team empowers all departments with the vital technical expertise required to reach their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise and Solutioning: Provide deep technical knowledge of Aircall's offerings, including our product capabilities, virtual agents, APIs, integrations. Guide clients in designing and leading Proof of Concepts (POC) to showcase Aircall’s value in their specific context.
• Requirements Discovery and Solution Mapping: Collaborate with prospects and clients to uncover technical requirements and map out how Aircall can integrate seamlessly with their existing tools and workflows.
• Demo and Presentation Delivery: Deliver compelling demos and presentations that translate complex technical solutions into clear, understandable value propositions tailored to the audience's needs.[Internal and External Stakeholder Management]: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Partner Managers) and third-party partners to manage and influence the direction of deals and ensure successful technical implementations.
• Objection Handling and Deal Strategy: Address client concerns and objections effectively, leveraging your technical expertise to position Aircall favorably and co-own the process of moving opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Knowledge Sharing and Documentation: Build and maintain internal and external documentation, sharing best practices, workflows, and technical knowledge to empower both the internal team and our broader developer community.
• Customer Centricity: Maintain a customer-first approach in all engagements, ensuring that solutions are designed with their needs and expectations at the forefront.

Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with front-end and back-end development, REST APIs, webhooks, cloud architecture, and data analytics. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Ruby) is a plus.
• Solutioning Mindset: Ability to propose creative and efficient solutions that meet client needs while managing expectations and minimizing unnecessary complexity.
• Communication and Value Transfer: Exceptional communication skills with a talent for conveying the unique value of Aircall to clients, focusing on outcomes and business impact.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Strong ability to understand customer challenges and advocate for their needs, even when it means challenging internal perspectives
• Project and Time Management: Proven experience managing complex projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and maintaining high levels of organization
• Adaptability and Continuous Learning: A growth mindset, always seeking to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Languages: Professional proficiency in Spanish, French, and English is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• A natural curiosity combined with a critical thinking approach to problem-solving.
• You possess prior experience as a Solutions or Sales Engineer, or have consistently served as the primary technical point of contact while working in an AE or Strategic CSM capacity within a technology firm.
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI-powered productivity tools and large language models (such as ChatGPT or Claude), including their practical application in day-to-day work.
• Prior hands-on experience designing, implementing, or supporting agentic AI workflows, including voice and messaging agents, is strongly preferred.
