We value genuine care, collaboration, and excellence in every detail.\nJoining our Los Angeles opening team is an opportunity to help shape something new, grow with us, and create unforgettable guest experiences from day one.\nWe invite you to be part of our story.\nThe Opportunity:\nAs we prepare to open our new centre in Los Angeles, we are seeking a Front Desk Manager who will be instrumental in launching and leading our Front Desk operations.\nThe Front Desk Manager will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience from day one by leading and developing the Front Desk team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and creating a welcoming environment where every guest feels valued, cared for, and immersed in the AIRE experience.\nKey Responsibilities:\nClient Experience\nEnsure the Front Desk environment consistently reflects AIRE’s service standards and brand identity.\n\nSupervise and monitor compliance with service protocols, taking proactive actions to guarantee excellence.\n\nIdentify and promptly resolve any issues that could impact the client experience.\n\nOversee the proper implementation of hygiene and sanitation protocols according to AIRE’s guidelines.\n\nOperations Management\nManage the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk, ensuring optimal coordination with all departments and the Contact Centre.\n\nOversee VIP and group bookings, ensuring efficient organization of shifts and guest flow management.\n\nConduct daily operational briefings to communicate key updates such as VIP guests, maintenance incidents, and special events.\n\nSupervise inventory management, retail sales, and financial transactions at the Front Desk.\n\nPrepare and present daily and weekly reports on incidents, improvements, and relevant operational matters to Centre Management.\n\nTeam Leadership\nLead, motivate, and develop the Front Desk team, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement.\n\nProvide regular individual feedback and coaching to support professional growth and performance excellence.\n\nPlan and manage employee schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage based on business needs and service expectations.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nMinimum of 3 years' experience leading a Front Desk or Customer Service team is required.\n\nPrior experience in the hospitality, wellness, or related sectors is required.\n\nStrong sensitivity to luxury service standards, with a clear understanding of personalized service, attention to detail, and elevated guest expectations.\n\nExcellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work in a dynamic environment, particularly during the pre-opening and opening phases.\n\nPassion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and embodying AIRE’s brand values.\n\nFlexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, especially during the opening period.\n\nWhy You Should Join Us:\nSalary: $75,000 - $80,000/yearly.\n\nBe part of a brand-new opening and help bring the AIRE Experience to Los Angeles for the very first time.\n\nJoin a company that creates unique wellness experiences wherever it goes - blending history, atmosphere, and emotion in an unforgettable way.\n\nWe offer a competitive compensation package and an annual performance-based bonus, designed to reflect your impact and contribution.\n\nHealth Benefits Package\n\nCelebrate your birthday with a complimentary AIRE Experience, and enjoy exclusive employee discounts for yourself, friends, and family.\n\nGrow with us: AIRE is a global and expanding brand with exciting paths ahead.
