You will coordinate with department heads, ensure policy compliance, support team development, and act as a cultural ambassador for AIRE.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOperations & Compliance\nEnsure the smooth operation of all daily activities by coordinating across all departments.\n\nImplement and maintain brand policies, procedures, and service protocols.\n\nMonitor operational reports and KPIs to make agile, data-driven decisions.\n\nSupport inventory management, procurement, and communication with suppliers.\n\nOversee health and safety, legal compliance, and regulatory standards.\n\nMaintain quality assurance following global AIRE standards.\n\nServe as the deputy to the Site Director in their absence.\n\nTeam Leadership & Culture\nDirectly manage department heads and ensure alignment across teams.\n\nConduct regular team briefings, one-on-ones, and performance conversations.\n\nEvaluate team performance using clear KPIs and defined goals.\n\nSupport managers in creating and executing development plans for their teams.\n\nIdentify training needs in collaboration with HR and ensure delivery and application.\n\nPromote employee engagement, well-being, and a culture of accountability and care.\n\nLead by example - visible, hands-on, and solution-oriented at all times.\n\nGuest Experience & Service Recovery\nEnsure that every guest receives a seamless and extraordinary experience.\n\nMonitor guest satisfaction data (e.g., NPS) and drive improvement initiatives.\n\nManage complex service incidents and act as the escalation point.\n\nSupport department heads in training their teams on service excellence.\n\nEnsure service standards are consistent and reflect the AIRE philosophy.\n\nWho You Are:\nA Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or Business (required).\n\n3+ years of experience leading complex operations in a luxury spa, wellness, fitness, F&B or hospitality setting.\n\n3+ years of experience directly managing teams across multiple departments, with a strong sense of accountability and development.\n\nExperience reading and interpreting operational reports and making decisions based on data and business needs.\n\nA solid track record in customer satisfaction management, using tools like surveys and improvement plans.\n\nExperience overseeing inventory, third-party vendors, and quality assurance processes, including legal and OSHA-related requirements.\n\nExcellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a calm and decisive approach to urgent situations.\n\nA genuine customer service mindset and the ability to motivate others to deliver excellence every day.\n\nA punctual, reliable, and flexible attitude that adapts to the rhythm of a dynamic and guest-centered environment.\n\nWhy You Should Join Us:\nBe part of something extraordinary.
