We value genuine care, collaboration, and excellence in every detail.\nJoining our Los Angeles opening team is an opportunity to help shape something new, grow with us, and create unforgettable guest experiences from day one.\nWe invite you to be part of our story.\nThe Role:\nAs we prepare to open our new centre in Los Angeles, we are excited to welcome a Therapist Manager who will play an instrumental role in launching and leading our Massage Therapy operations and bringing the AIRE experience to life.\nIn this role, you will lead, inspire, and develop our Massage Therapy team, oversee daily treatment operations, and ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience through personalized care, attention to detail, and the highest standards of service and relaxation.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCustomer Experience\nDevelop and supervise the Therapist Department, (30) Therapists and (2) Assistant Therapist Managers, ensuring treatments consistently meet AIRE's service and quality standards.\n\nEnsure the treatment environment and team presentation are aligned with AIRE guidelines and standards.\n\nMonitor adherence to treatment protocols, procedures, and service standards.\n\nEnsure new treatments, experiences, protocols, and processes are effectively implemented.\n\nIdentify and resolve any issues or special situations that may affect the guest experience.\n\nManagement\nLead daily briefings and coordinate with other operational departments on VIP guests, groups, maintenance matters, and other relevant operational information.\n\nMonitor product inventory and ensure appropriate stock levels.\n\nPrepare and share relevant incident, improvement, and operational reports with the management team.\n\nPeople Management\nRecruit, onboard, train, and develop the Therapist team.\n\nProvide regular feedback and support team performance and professional development.\n\nFoster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment aligned with AIRE standards.\n\nManage team schedules, holidays, shifts, and operational needs.\n\nDesign and follow up on the team's annual training plan.\n\nWho You Are:\nYou have at least 3 years of experience managing spa, wellness, or aesthetics operations, including team coordination, scheduling, service standards, and operational results.\n\nYou have 4+ years of experience in wellness, aesthetics, hospitality, or other high-service environments.\n\nPrevious experience as a Therapist or Esthetician is highly valued, although not essential.\n\nYou have proven experience leading, developing, and motivating teams, with a hands-on leadership style.\n\nYou are customer-focused and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.\n\nYou are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to think quickly and analytically when solving problems.\n\nYou are comfortable working under pressure and able to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.\n\nYou are confident using Microsoft Office 365 and reservation/booking systems.\n\nYou hold the appropriate professional licence or qualification required in California to oversee and/or perform the relevant treatments.\n\nYou are flexible and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays when required.\n\nWhy You Should Join Us:\nPay: $85,000 -$90,000/yearly.\n\nComprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance.\n\n401(k) Savings Plan.\n\nPaid Time Off.\n\nPaid Sick Leave.\n\nCommuter Benefits Program.\n\nComplimentary Monthly Bath Experience.\n\nFriends & Family Discounts.\n\nCareer growth within a rapidly expanding international luxury hospitality company.\n\nEmployee Referral Bonus Program.\n\nTeam spirit is our greatest asset!
