Your goal is to provide expert guidance and help clients make informed decisions that maximize comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality. You’ll consult with customers on the best options for heating, cooling, and ventilation needs, working closely with the installation and service teams to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience from start to finish.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nAvailable to go on two to three calls per day, including some weekends and evenings to accommodate customer availability\nReceive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner\nLead generation activities to include attending networking events, home shows and community events and making outbound calls.\nAttend weekly sales meeting and coaching sessions.\nComplete all necessary paperwork to include: agreements, finance documents, heat gain and loss calculations, installation notes and rebate forms.\nJob Requirements:\nValid Driver's License\nPrior industry experience industry is a plus\nGood organizational and time management skills to insure scheduled deadlines are met\nProfessional appearance and personality\nComputer literate, with working knowledge of word processing, business software and spreadsheet applications\nExcellent communication skills\nPay Range:\nEstimated $90K-150K per year, Based on sales performance.
