Headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana, AIRES is dedicated to performance and design that reflect how India actually plays, moves, and lives.\n\nRole Description\n\nWe are looking for an intermediate Graphic Designer to join our in-house team as we head into launch. You will support the design team across social media, packaging, presentations and website assets, keeping every touchpoint consistent with the AIRES brand system.\nThis role suits a designer who is comfortable with both static and motion work, moves quickly, and can start right away.\n\nKey Responsibilities \n\nDesign social media content, including reels, posts and stories, for Instagram and other brand channels\nEdit and animate short-form video, from cut-downs and motion graphics to text animation for reels\nAssist with packaging design, including shoe boxes, tags, inserts and labels, and prepare print-ready files\nDesign internal and external presentations, pitch decks and brand documents\nCreate website assets such as banners, product graphics, landing page visuals and email creatives\nAdapt master campaign creatives into multiple formats and sizes across platforms\nFollow the AIRES brand guidelines on colour, typography and logo use in every output\nWork with the brand, marketing and product teams to turn briefs into finished designs on tight timelines\nTake feedback, iterate quickly and keep design files organised and properly versioned\n\nQualifications\n\n2+ years of professional graphic design experience, in-house or at an agency\nStrong command of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects\nProven experience in both static and video design\nWorking knowledge of Canva for quick-turn content\nSolid grasp of typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy\nUnderstanding of social media formats, sizes and current content trends\nAbility to manage several projects at once and meet deadlines\nA portfolio showing social media, video and brand or packaging work\nAvailable to join immediately\n\nGood to have\n\nExperience with Figma for UI, web and collaborative design work\nExposure to footwear, apparel, sportswear or lifestyle brands\nBasic understanding of print production and packaging dielines\nInterest in sport, sneaker culture and streetwear\n\nSend your CV and portfolio link with the subject line Graphic Designer – Immediate Joiner to [HIDDEN TEXT] or apply via Linkedin.
