This role is execution-driven and requires the ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring timelines, dependencies, and customer expectations are met.\nThe PM serves as the single point of accountability for delivery outcomes, proactively driving progress with carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure successful and timely implementation of services.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of telecom services, including order submission, provisioning, installation, and activation\n\nManage and enforce carrier timelines, including Firm Order Commitments (FOCs), and proactively address delays\n\nDrive installations to completion, ensuring all dependencies (site readiness, documentation, access) are met\n\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle\n\nIdentify risks early and take proactive action to prevent delays or service impact\n\nLead escalations with carriers and vendors, ensuring accountability and resolution under tight timelines\n\nCoordinate cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, vendors, customers) to ensure seamless execution\n\nTrack and manage multiple concurrent projects, maintaining accurate status, milestones, and documentation\n\nEnsure revenue realization by driving projects to successful and timely completion\n\nMaintain high customer satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering consistent results\n\nDocument project progress, updates, and completion reports in internal systems\n\n 3-5+ years of experience in telecom service delivery, provisioning, or project management\n\nProven experience managing end-to-end circuit delivery (internet, voice, fiber, or cloud services)\n\nStrong understanding of:\nCarrier processes and timelines\n\nSite readiness requirements\n\nInstallation workflows\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment\n\nExperience handling escalations and resolving delivery issues under pressure\n\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills\n\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, carriers, and internal teams\n\nExperience using CRM or project tracking tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)\n\n Profile for Success\nOwnership mindset: Takes full accountability for project outcomes\n\nExecution-focused: Drives tasks to completion with urgency and precision\n\nProactive thinker: Anticipates risks and acts before issues escalate\n\nIndependent operator: Works with minimal oversight and makes sound decisions\n\nDetail-oriented: Maintains accuracy across multiple moving parts\n\nCustomer-focused: Balances delivery execution with strong client communication\n\nAdditional Information\nThis role requires a professional who can absorb complexity, manage competing priorities, and consistently deliver results in a high-volume telecom environment.
