We aim to delight our customers and partners by providing personalized, outstanding service.\nThe company has built a solid reputation of integrity, reliability and dependability with its channel partners, end-user customers and technology partners.\nWe have received more than 100 coveted industry awards including \"Product of the Year- SD-WAN and UCaaS\", \"Excellence in Customer Service\", \"Unified Communications Excellence\", \"Best in Show,\" \"Best Telecom Deal\" and \"Top Channel Program\".\nThe Network Operation Centre (NOC) have three main roles:\n1. to ensure maximum possible service availability and performance\n2. to provision customer network services on core equipment\n3. to provide support services for Engineering and other technical teams\nThese result in a highly diverse range of duties for the NOC - our engineers are required to ensure they are fulfilled in a timely, co-operative and professional manner.\nWe interact frequently with technical support, service provisioning and sales teams so it's important that we are clear and concise in our communications.\nWe also work very closely with the Engineering team and as such need to develop a good all-round understanding of systems and networks.\nDiligence and attention to detail are also key skills along with an ability to multi-task and prioritize work appropriately.\nWe don't expect you to have all the required knowledge when you join us as many of these skills can be picked up through experience in the job, but those who do need to learn new skills must be prepared to spend time doing suitable research to ensure their grounding is thorough and properly understood.\nAs your knowledge and confidence develop you may be asked to join our call-out rotation providing 24x7 support on our core network and services.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nManage and maintain the Monitoring Systems\nFull fault troubleshooting, problem isolation, and corrective action implementation or escalation to network engineering for assistance\nLiaising, and own discussions with, 3rd party suppliers to troubleshoot problems, perform upgrades, resolve service impacts, manage network changes, and escalate as required\nProvisioning and configuring core network devices and tools, such as IP assignment, core network configuration, DNS setup, monitoring software for core equipment and software, NNI ports and services, implementing MOPs for controlled core and edge network changes, etc.\nNetwork equipment build, installation, and configurations\nPerforming and maintain hardware, serial numbers, security, and configuration audits\nWriting custom monitoring plugins and configuring bespoke graphing.\nMaintenance of WIKI and technical documentation (for NOC) of processes and procedures used throughout normal operations\nDevelopment of knowledge and skills in network and system administration\nTier 3 escalation point for all core network datacenter services and infrastructure, access network, and AireSpring services\nParticipate in a 24x7 call-out rotation if required\n Qualifications\n5+ years’ experience in Network Operation is a must. Advanced experience in the following preferred:\nStrong troubleshooting knowledge of TCP/IP routing protocol protocols including STP, VRRP, BGP, OSPF EIGRP, and IPSec\nStrong knowledge of WAN technologies\nStrong knowledge with hands-on experience in Cisco, Juniper, and Adtran routing, switching, and firewall network devices\nExperience with VOIP, VPNs, and security protocols\nExperience with SD-WAN deployment is preferred\nCertifications such as JNCIA or CCNA is required, JNCIP or CCNP is preferred.\nStrong familiarity with Linux OS/networking\nExperience with centralized device monitoring and management tools\nStrong knowledge of network monitoring and troubleshooting\nAbility to effectively juggle and multi-tasking. Strong attention to detail and organization skills.\nDemonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and utilize troubleshooting skills, systems and tools, and creative problem solving abilities under pressure.\nAbility to work within a global team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with limited supervision.\n This is a night shift position.\nSchedule options: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM PST, or 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM PST.\nFully remote, open to candidates based in LATAM.\nWorking Conditions:\nThis is a remote position. Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace to effectively perform job
