This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: payroll administration, benefits administration, onboarding, off-boarding, benefits, and payroll compliance.\nAs a privately-held company we seek individuals who can help contribute to the company’s success. This means you are not shy, you like rolling up your sleeves, digging in, and helping solve problems, you feel energized when you present an idea and most importantly you are persistent, passionate, and never satisfied with the status quo.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nProcess payroll on a biweekly basis (ADP Workforce Now, Time & Attendance).\nMaintain payroll records and compile reports from the database.\nComplete ADP system administration for new hires, transfers, promotions, and separations.\nAdminister leave programs, including FMLA, leaves of absence (LOA), and workers’ compensation case management and reporting.\nAssist with onboarding and orientation initiatives for new local and remote employees.\nConsult with service providers to answer employee questions regarding 401(k), payroll, benefits, leave of absence, and related programs.\nSupport benefits processes, including communicating benefit information to associates and assisting with open enrollment sessions.\nMust have 5+ years of experience with ADP Workforce Now and Time & Attendance.\nUnderstanding of HR best practices and applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations.\nCustomer-focused attitude with a high level of professionalism and discretion.\nExcellent communication skills required.\nTelecommunications or technology industry experience is a plus.\nSpectrotel is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
