Learn more at spectrotel.com and airespring.com, or follow the companies on LinkedIn.\nAireSpring is seeking a Channel Manager to generate new business opportunities through trusted advisors and channel partnerships, becoming a consistent revenue producer across AireSpring’s robust portfolio of managed services.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner Recruitment & Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new TSDs and Trusted Advisors, building lasting, profitable relationships aligned with regional growth objectives.\nSales Strategy & Enablement: Develop targeted regional channel strategies, deliver product and sales training, support joint sales initiatives, and provide ongoing partner support.\nRelationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, building trust, resolving issues, and optimizing partner performance.\nInternal Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless channel operations, support product launches, and align on strategic initiatives.\nPerformance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance, regional market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.\nContract Negotiation & Management: Negotiate and manage partner agreements, ensuring compliance and mutual business benefit.\n Experience: Minimum of 4 years in telecom channel management, with a focus on the TSD channel, partner development, or business development.\nIndustry Knowledge: Deep understanding of managed voice, data, SD-WAN, SASE, cloud, and connectivity services.\nRelationship Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain high-trust relationships with TSDs and Trusted Advisors.\nSales & Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated success executing sales strategies, exceeding revenue targets, and driving partner growth.\nTechnical Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM systems, channel management platforms, quoting tools, and analytics software.\n Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present at the executive level, including the AireSpring story and the AireControl platform.\n AireSpring is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
