In this role, you will focus on nurturing long-term client partnerships, facilitating project workflows resulting from business reviews, and expanding client relationships through consultative support.\nNeeds Assessment & Identification: Identify and support customer needs by conducting thorough assessments with clients to gain insights into their specific requirements and operational objectives.\n\nCross-Functional Solution Design: Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions that align with client needs and meet enterprise objectives.\n\nAgreement Alignment: Build alignment on contract agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions that foster long-term partnerships.\n\nAccount Growth & Expansion: Partner with clients to discover upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, supporting organic revenue growth and shared success.\n\nClient Relationship Management: Oversee strategic accounts as the primary point of contact, providing exceptional customer service, coordinating business reviews, and promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.\n\nProject & Contractor Facilitation: Organize and manage cross-functional project workflows resulting from business reviews, coordinating effectively across facility end-users and on-site contractors (metal fabrication, automotive, farm equipment, chemical, and refinery facilities).\n\n________________________\nAre you a MATCH?\nRequired Qualifications:\nIdeally, you bring: Demonstrated success in account management, customer success, or consultative sales.\n\nOrganizational Excellence: Strong project management and organizational skills to prioritize multi-step project workflows and client follow-ups.\n\nConnection & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for nurturing multi-level client connections and building consensus.\n\nTechnical Aptitude: Enthusiasm for continuously learning and sharing technical knowledge regarding Airgas products, systems, and safety solutions.\n\nTerritory Mobility: Ability to travel throughout the designated geographic region (covering Lima, Sidney, Bowling Green, and surrounding areas to the OH/IN state line).\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nA Bachelor's degree in Engineering, in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.\n\nA proven history (5+ years) of success in of commercial experience, B2B sales, or business development roles, ideally within the industrial gas or a related industry.\n\n________________________\nBenefits\nWe care about and support our Airgas Families.
