Manage team(s) covering different activities in Customer Installations & Services (eg. Customer Installations Engineering, Operations, Maintenance).\nDirect supervision of Airgas Specialty Products (ASP) Engineering Team Associates, including performance management\nEnsure that ASP Project Engineers maintain budgets and schedules and take action to assure project objectives and schedules are met and work is performed within budget\nProvide engineering expertise and ammonia specific expertise both internally to ASP / Airgas / Air Liquide and externally to customer and various other individuals and organizations\nRepresent Airgas / ASP on industry groups and committees (e.g. Compressed Gas Association)\nCreate and obtain approval for all Capital Appropriation Requests (CARs) for projects to be executed by ASP Engineering\nWork with ASP Sales Team to develop capital cost estimates for potential customer bulk tank installations, including review of customer detailed specifications when applicable\nEnsure that all engineering and project documentation and information is properly stored on the ASP Engineering Drive\nImplement Company Safety and Environmental requirements and procedures \nParticipate in Process Hazard Analysis meetings as the ammonia technical expert when required\n________________________\nAre you a MATCH?\nEngineering degree - minimum B.S. - preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering\nPMP Certification (or equivalent)\n3 to 5 years experience in an engineering project management position\nIndustrial petro-chemical experience preferred\nSpecific experience with ammonia a plus\nMust be proficient in all Google Suite & Microsoft Office software\nExcellent communication skills required\nExcellent leadership skills required\n________________________\nBenefits\nWe care about and support our Airgas Families.
