These areas will be designated by production personnel and shall be areas that insure the least amount of handling.\nLoads and unloads all assigned company vehicles daily.\nSpot trucks and trailers within a designated area on company property.\nTransfers cylinders to and from ground storage as needed.\nAssists production personnel in removing full cylinders from the fill area.\nReports all cylinder shortages to management.\nInspects all cylinders for general condition, reports all discrepancies to management.\nOperates a forklift and other equipment as required to move material.\nMaintains equipment and communicates requests to Plant Manager in writing.\nResponsible for cleaning and maintaining the assigned area.\nRegular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position.\n________________________\nAre you a MATCH?\nRequired Education:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred\nRequired Length and Type of Experience:\nMust be able to operate forklift in a safe manner and maintain appropriate forklift certifications.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA’s):\nMust be able to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds.\nMust be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment.\n\n________________________\nBenefits\nWe care about and support our Airgas Families.
