The role works across the engineering, data and commercial teams and ensures that projects are delivered on scope, on schedule and on budget.\nManage institutional contracts and R&D projects end to end: kick-off, work plan, milestones, deliverables, reviews and close-out.\n\nPlan and track scope, schedule, budget and resources; report progress to technical officers and to management.\n\nPrepare project documentation: progress reports, minutes of meeting, deliverable packages, cost reports and contract change notices.\n\nCoordinate internal engineers and data scientists with external partners and subcontractors in consortium projects.\n\nTranslate project requirements into product and software tasks for the satellite and airborne data processing teams.\n\nOwning the proposal preparation with work breakdown structures, Gantt charts, work package descriptions and cost estimates.\n\nAct as the day-to-day contact for customers during delivery and identify follow-on opportunities.\n\nYour profile\nTechnical requirements (Hard skills/ knowledge):\nMinimum 3 years of project management experience in technology, software or space projects.\n\nExperience delivering publicly funded projects, ideally ESA or EU (Horizon Europe).\n\nBackground in product management or software development; understanding of requirements, development cycles and agile methods.\n\nProficiency with planning methods and tools: WBS, Gantt, risk registers, Jira, MS Project or similar.\n\nDegree in engineering, computer science, geoinformatics, physics or a related field.\n\nFluent English.\n\nPersonal attributes required (Soft skills):\nStructured and reliable;
