The company is part of Ondas Holdings and operates as a wholly owned subsidiary.\nWe are looking for an experienced, hands-on Team Leader with a strong managerial orientation to lead the Integration and Drone Pilots teams.\nThe role includes overall responsibility for the professional and operational management of the field teams, establishing work infrastructures, developing procedures, implementing work processes, professional documentation, managing team qualifications, and ensuring full readiness of the systems and teams for experiments, development flights, system testing, and field activities.\nThis is a role that connects the worlds of development, integration, operational activities, and testing, and requires the ability to lead people, manage multiple tasks, work with diverse engineering interfaces, and remain hands-on in the laboratory and in the field.\nResponsibilities\nProfessional management and leadership of the Integration Team and Drone Pilots Team.\nPlanning, prioritizing, and assigning tasks according to development, testing, demonstration, and ongoing operational needs.\nResponsibility for system readiness for laboratory tests, ground tests, flight tests, and field activities.\nLeading integration, assembly, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.\nManaging pilot qualifications, training, performance levels, and compliance with professional standards.\nPlanning and coordinating flight activities, including preparations, briefings, Go / No-Go decisions, and post-activity debriefings.\nDeveloping and implementing work procedures, checklists, management routines, and documentation processes.\nResponsibility for professional documentation: system status, malfunctions, lessons learned, activity summaries, and work procedures.\nInvestigating safety incidents and unusual events during flights.\nOngoing collaboration with Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Software, QA, Testing, and Production teams.\nMaintaining safety, order, professionalism, and compliance with company procedures and relevant regulations.\n\n Plan and prioritize integration, assembly, maintenance, and field activities.\n\n Lead hands-on integration of multidisciplinary systems across mechanical, electrical, electronic, communication, and software domains.\n\n Build and prepare systems, prototypes, tools, fixtures, harnesses, and test setups.\n\n Lead troubleshooting, fault isolation, and root-cause analysis.\n\n Own system maintenance, configuration, firmware, and technical readiness.\n\n Ensure systems achieve Ready for Test status for laboratory and field activities.\n\n Support field trials, testing, demonstrations, and on-site troubleshooting.\n\n Work closely with System, Mechanical, Electronics, Software, Firmware, QA, Testing, and Production teams.\n\n Develop team capabilities, work methods, and technical documentation.\nRequirements\nExperience as a Technical Team Leader, Integration Team Leader, Field Team Leader, or Drone Pilots Team Leader.\nExperience in drones / UAVs / robotics / autonomous systems -
