Office Manager

Description

Airobotics is looking for an Office Manager to join one of our company sites in Petah Tikva.

In this role, you will be responsible for the full day-to-day operation of the office, providing support to employees and managers, placing routine orders, handling facility and maintenance issues, coordinating visits and meetings, managing meeting room calendars, supporting new employee onboarding, and leading employee welfare and engagement activities at the site.

This position is not suitable for students.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operation of the office and site
• Provide service and support to company employees
• Place routine orders with suppliers and service providers
• Handle facility, maintenance, and logistical issues
• Coordinate meetings, visits, and guest hospitality
• Manage meeting room calendars
• Support the onboarding process for new employees
• Manage employee welfare, employee experience, and office events

Requirements

• Previous relevant experience in an administrative or office management role - required
• Full professional proficiency in English - required
• Strong proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong service-oriented approach, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Highly organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proactive, independent, and strong problem-solving skills
