Office Manager & Executive Assistant

Description

Airobotics is looking for an Office Manager & Executive Assistant to the CEO to join one of our company sites in Petah Tikva.

The role includes broad responsibility for the day-to-day management and full operation of the site, providing administrative and personal support to the CEO, welcoming guests, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing calendars and meetings, working with suppliers, handling orders and office procurement, maintaining the work environment, and providing ongoing support for the needs of the site and management.

This position is not suitable for students.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operation of the company’s office and site in Petah Tikva
• Provide personal and administrative support to the CEO
• Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and support hosting and visits
• Welcome guests and provide front-desk and telephone support
• Work with suppliers, service providers, and internal stakeholders across the company
• Oversee office appearance, supplies, orders, and logistics
• Handle ongoing, urgent, and changing tasks according to the needs of management and the site

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role- required
• Experience in office management, senior administration, or as an Executive Assistant- required
• High availability, including outside regular working hours
• Strong operational skills, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong service-oriented and professional approach
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly cross-functional environment
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good English- an advantage
