The company is part of Ondas Holdings and operates as a wholly owned subsidiary.\nWe looking for an experienced Procurement Coordinator to expedite and track purchase orders with local and international suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery, addressing exceptions, and providing ongoing support to the organization’s needs.\nThe role serves as a key link between the Procurement team, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, while maintaining a high level of service and continuously improving supplier delivery performance.\nThis is an opportunity to make an impact and help build and improve procurement processes in a dynamic environment, working with advanced products throughout development and manufacturing stages.\nResponsibilities\nDaily tracking of all open purchase orders.\nOngoing communication with local and international suppliers to expedite deliveries and obtain status updates.\nIdentifying delivery delays and supply risks and escalating them to the relevant stakeholders.\nCoordinating delivery dates with suppliers and internal stakeholders.\nHandling expediting, postponements, and changes to purchase orders.\nUpdating delivery information in the ERP system.\nGenerating tracking and control reports on open purchase orders and supplier performance.\nCollaborating with Warehouse, Production Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve supply issues.\nSupporting Buyers in handling operational matters with suppliers.\nParticipating in performance improvement initiatives and procurement process optimization.\nRequirements\nAt least 1 year of experience in Procurement, Procurement Expediting, Logistics, or Supply Chain -
