This role is responsible for supplier sourcing, commercial negotiations, contracts, budget control, and cost optimization, while ensuring quality, availability, and on-time delivery.\nThis is a unique opportunity to make a real impact and build procurement infrastructure in a dynamic environment with advanced products in active development and production stages.\nResponsibilities\nManage end-to-end procurement processes across the organization\nIdentify, evaluate, and manage local and international suppliers\nLead commercial negotiations and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors\nBuild and manage the procurement budget, including cost control and savings initiatives\nWork closely with cross-functional teams including planning, logistics, R&D, engineering, finance, and sales\nDrive process improvements, standardization, and automation within procurement operations\nAnalyze gaps between planning and execution and lead continuous improvement initiatives\nRequirements\nAt least 5 years of experience as a Procurement Manager in a manufacturing environment\nSignificant advantage for experience in electronics procurement / electronic components- Must\nProven experience in commercial negotiations and supplier contract management\nExperience in global procurement -
