includes:\nCommand & Control capabilities for autonomous systems\nFleet orchestration and mission lifecycle management\nReal-time communication between distributed autonomous components\nModeling and management of operational entities, states, and relationships\nTelemetry, video, and operational data processing\nDevice interoperability across heterogeneous autonomous platforms\nSDKs and APIs for platform integration and extensibility\nAI agents and intelligent automation interacting with operational systems\nAs a Senior Engineer, you will help shape the technical foundation and domain architecture of the platform while solving complex problems across distributed systems, autonomous operations, and Command & Control.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and build software systems for autonomous platform operations and Command & Control\nTranslate complex operational requirements and domain concepts into robust software architectures\nModel operational entities, relationships, state transitions, commands, events, and workflows\nLead architecture and system design decisions across services, communication layers, and domain boundaries\nBuild scalable, low-latency, resilient production services\nDesign reliable communication and messaging flows between distributed system components\nSolve complex challenges involving concurrency, scalability, latency, synchronization, and fault tolerance\nBuild abstraction layers for integrating heterogeneous autonomous devices, platforms, and external systems\nDevelop internal SDKs, APIs, and reusable infrastructure components\nDesign systems that can be consumed and operated by humans, autonomous components, and AI agents\nImprove observability, debugging capabilities, and operational reliability\nDrive engineering best practices, clean architecture, and code quality standards\nExplore new technologies and approaches when existing solutions are not sufficient\nRequirements\nStrong experience building complex production software systems\nStrong proficiency in at least one of Java, Python, or C++\nStrong software engineering, system design, and architecture fundamentals\nExperience with distributed, event-driven, or real-time systems\nUnderstanding of concurrency, networking, messaging, state management, and failure handling\nExperience modeling entities, relationships, states, events, and workflows\nExperience with communication technologies such as RabbitMQ, gRPC, WebSockets, or similar\nHands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools and coding agents to design, develop, debug, and improve software\n Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar technologies and complex systems\nStrong ownership and independent problem-solving skills\nWe care more about how you understand complex systems, model
