The role involves preparing BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and translating business needs into functional specifications. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct gap analysis, and support fintech and digital payment initiatives. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills, along with knowledge of payment technologies and API integrations, are essential.\nKey Responsibilities:\nGather, analyze, and document business requirements from customers, banks, fintech's based out of Tanzania (and subsequent other African market/geographies), including internal stakeholders.\nPrepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), use cases, workflows, and process maps.\nTranslate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technology and product teams.\nAct as a bridge between business, product, technology, operations, and partner teams.\nConduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to address business and operational challenges.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.\nMBA or relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.\nSkills and Experience:\nStrong business analysis and documentation skills.\nExpertise in preparing BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user stories.\nUnderstanding of fintech and payment technologies.\nKnowledge of API-based integrations and digital payment architecture.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nStrong presentation and workshop facilitation skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.\nPassionate about fintech innovation and financial inclusion in Africa.\nStrong understanding of Africa's digital payments and mobile money landscape.\nAbility to work with geographically distributed teams across India and Africa.\nCommercially aware with the ability to convert business requirements into scalable product solutions.\nSelf-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing cross-functional stakeholders.\nWillingness to travel to Tanzania and other African markets as
