Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled Laravel (PHP), Python and/or Golang Developers to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications that support secure, scalable payment solutions. Senior Developers will also mentor team members, contribute to architecture decisions, and drive best engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build scalable, secure, and high-availability systems for payment processing and related platforms.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and internal services.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 4+ years of experience for Developer roles
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience with Laravel (PHP), Python and/or Golang.
  • Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Solid understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM concepts.
  • Experience with caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached).
  • Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
  • Exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is an advantage.
