You will design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure server-side applications that power our products and services. The ideal candidate is passionate about building efficient systems, has strong problem-solving skills, and thrives in a collaborative environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign and build high-concurrency backend services using Go or Java to support global e-commerce scale. \nDevelop and optimize AI-powered search features, including vector-based semantic search and integration with LLM-driven workflows. \nBuild and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability and optimized performance for large-scale media assets. \nImplement event-driven architectures and microservices that communicate via high-performance message brokers. \nBuild and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment in a containerized environment. \nCollaborate on the design of complex database schemas (Postgres) and search index mappings (OpenSearch) to ensure data integrity and query efficiency.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). \n2+ years of professional experience in backend development (can be open to young talents with less experience), with a strong preference for Go (Golang) or Java. \nProven experience with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS), including deep knowledge of storage optimization and serverless components. \nHands-on experience with PostgreSQL and search engines like OpenSearch/Elasticsearch. \nFamiliarity with modern AI concepts, vector embeddings and integrating with AI APIs to build smart features. \nSolid understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana). \nExperience handling / processing high-traffic APIs is a plus. \nGood English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with regional teams and stakeholders. \nPreferred Skills (Optional):\nExperience with Vector Databases (e.g. OpenSearch Vector Engine). \nKnowledge of building and optimizing Digital Asset Management (DAM) or content delivery systems. \nUnderstanding of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or AWS
