The position is responsible for delivering effective and engaging, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy creative for websites, web pages, product graphics (including art direction of photography), email promotional creative, email templates, social media graphics, and banner ads.\nOur Digital Designer is ideas-led and can apply intelligent, creative thinking to a range of different mediums. The right person needs to ensure that our digital creative product remains leading edge and that the quality of our delivery is upheld. He/She reports directly to the Art Director and dotted line to the Sr. Art Director and Art Director.\nResponsibilities:\nProduce the design and production for websites, product graphics, social media graphics and banners, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns, email templates, and partner campaigns. \nTranslate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online marketing strategies into effective designs. \nWork with e-commerce team and internal and external brand partners to ensure aesthetics also are aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards. \nWork with internal teams to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs. \nManage and produce digital design work, including banner sizing and versioning. \nEnsure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points. \nProvide design support to other business lines to create product graphics, logos, identity design, or other similar offline graphics. \nHave an outstanding attention to detail and a keen eye for razor sharp design. \nContinually maintain awareness of customer behavior to maximize sales online. \nWorking on enhancements to the platform shops as well as suggesting new innovative store execution. \nOffline (print media, packaging, banners, and event collaterals) design as and when required. \nGood appreciation of clean, simple, image rich, usable interfaces. \nBroaden and enhance knowledge by keeping up to date with digital innovations and competitors. \nBeing a brand ambassador ensures that all touch points are protected and are in line with the creative vision of the immediate Studios team members.
