This is a hands-on role that involves traveling with Eric to capture content on location, ideating in the moment, and posting consistently across platforms.\nHOW TO APPLY\nWatch this video before submitting: https://youtu.be/qz-8AjlZ4IY\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nIdeate, shoot, edit, and publish daily short-form content for TikTok and Instagram\nTravel with Eric to shoots, events, and trips to capture content on location\nIdentify emerging trends, sounds, and formats early, and adapt them quickly while they are still relevant\nProduce videos independently using mobile-first tools (iPhone, CapCut, or equivalents)\nOwn the content calendar and posting cadence across platforms\nAnalyze performance data and iterate on hooks, formats, and pacing based on what is working\nCollaborate with the broader Airrack team to align short-form strategy with the main channel\nWhat We're Looking For\nDemonstrated experience growing a TikTok or Instagram account, page, or personality, with measurable results\nA sharp, current understanding of social media trends, formats, and audience behavior\nStrong fluency with CapCut or comparable mobile editing tools\nThe ability to write strong hooks and structure a video for retention in the first three seconds\nA self-directed, high-output working style -
