marketing function, owning the customer journey from sign-up through activation, conversion, and long-term retention.\nAs Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will own the lifecycle roadmap from onboarding to win-back, ship the campaigns yourself, and prove their impact on retention and revenue, working directly with the Principal Product Marketing Manager on positioning and product strategy.\nWhat you'll be working on:\nOwn the lifecycle marketing roadmap and campaign calendar end to end: strategy, briefing, execution, measurement, and iteration\nLead always-on and triggered campaigns across the full customer journey: onboarding, activation, engagement, conversion, retention, expansion, and win-back\nBuild a deep understanding of customer segments (usage patterns, behavior, lifecycle stage) to personalize messaging, timing, and channel mix\nTranslate positioning and messaging into lifecycle campaigns tailored to each channel, segment, and journey stage\nPartner with Marketing, Growth, Product, Data/Analytics, Support, and Customer Success to align lifecycle programs with business objectives\nTest and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis, including messaging, timing, channel, and segmentation logic, based on performance data\nReport on lifecycle program performance (activation, conversion, retention, churn, LTV) and turn the results into a prioritized roadmap\nUse AI tools as a deliberate part of your workflow for segment and cohort analysis, personalization at scale, campaign and copy variants, and journey mapping, with sound judgment on what needs human review\nWhat we expect from you:\nProven experience owning a lifecycle marketing roadmap and campaigns at a SaaS company\nA product marketing background with a deep understanding of messaging, positioning, and personas\nDeep knowledge of customer segmentation and the levers that drive activation, conversion, and retention at each stage\nA track record of lifecycle campaigns with measurable revenue impact\nHands-on cross-channel execution across email, in-app messaging, and push/SMS\nA data-driven approach and fluency with analytics tools and dashboards\n Deep, structured
