Offering unlimited storage, unlimited templates, and cross-platform integration, pdfFiller is the only PDF editor needed to get your document done. Beyond core editing, pdfFiller helps SMB customers move fast on document-based workflows - from invoice templates and lease agreements to online fax and notarization - so they can go fully paperless and focus on running their business, while securely handling financial, legal, and HR-related use cases through e-signature workflows and bulk form response collection.\nNow, we are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join us in the next chapter of growth as our brand expands and we bring new products to market.\nWhat you will be working on:\nOwn a product track end to end: strategy, discovery, roadmap, delivery and outcome. You decide what problem is worth solving, not only what gets built next.\nRun evidence-led discovery. Customer interviews, support insight, behavioral data and competitive analysis, turned into clear written problem statements and sized opportunities.\nPrioritize against business impact. Make the case for investment in your area, and against work that will not pay off, including your own.\nShip with your triad. Partner with a designer and an engineering manager to cut work into small increments, write clear requirements, and hold quality, stability and security as non-negotiable.\nExperiment and read the results honestly. Define hypotheses and success metrics before you build, run A/B tests at real scale, and stop what does not work.\nOwn your numbers. Define the KPIs for your track, monitor the funnel, and report progress, risk and learnings to product leadership.\nWork across functions and across the portfolio: marketing, support, data, and the sibling products at airSlate.\nWhat we expect from you:\n5+ years in product management, including at least two owning a self-serve SaaS product, or a significant surface of one, end to end.\nA track record of measurable business outcomes (conversion, activation, retention, ARPU), not a list of shipped features.\nStrong experimentation practice: designing and sizing A/B tests, interpreting results, and acting on negative results.\nComfort with data: defining metrics, working in a BI tool, reading or writing SQL, forming and testing hypotheses independently.\nDiscovery craft: talking to customers directly, and turning what you hear into problem statements a team can act on.\nProduct-led growth in a high-volume self-serve funnel: paid acquisition, trial or freemium, activation and monetization.\nShipping AI features into real user workflows, with a realistic view of where AI adds value and where it does not.\nAbility to work in ambiguity and bring structure to it.\nComfortable using AI to significantly increase personal productivity.\nNice to have:\nDomain background in documents, workflow automation, e-signature, fintech, HR tech or legal tech.\nSMB or prosumer customers rather than enterprise-only.\nProfessional working proficiency in English, B2 to C1 or above. Much of our decision-making happens in writing.\nPolish (B1 to B2) is a plus, not a requirement.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3410,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":5,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"Polish","level":"Intermediate (B1)","optional":true},{"language":"English","level":"Upper-Intermediate (B2)","optional":true}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"Poland","iso":"PL","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Workflow & Process Automation (RPA, BPM)","Digital Signature","Office & Productivity Software"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-06T20:39:55Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":35,"band":"fade","label":"Fading","p_open":1,"p_active":0.795,"p_room":0.44,"age_days":63,"expected_fill_days":55,"reasons":["conf:2","win:tail","crowd:"],"computed_at":"2026-11-04T06:34:25Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/airslate-principal-product-manager","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/airslate-principal-product-manager.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-11-04T14:31:51Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":22022,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-11-05T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":2949},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=2949"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fairslate-principal-product-manager"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fairslate-principal-product-manager"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fairslate-principal-product-manager"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/airslate-principal-product-manager\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fairslate-principal-product-manager"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":488014}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"airslate.com","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":488014},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
