The role offers hands-on work across GraphRAG, knowledge graphs, LLMs and semantic retrieval, with direct exposure to front-office trading workflows and commercially meaningful problem solving. This position is suited to candidates who enjoy combining research, engineering and practical business impact in a technically complex setting.\nRequired Experience:\nStrong hands-on experience building GraphRAG solutions in a business environment\nPractical experience designing and delivering knowledge graph solutions, including graph schemas, entities, relationships and traversal patterns\nExperience combining knowledge graphs with LLMs, RAG and semantic or vector retrieval approaches\nStrong AI engineering and software development experience, including building production-quality solutions using modern AI frameworks\nExperience taking experimental technologies beyond prototype stage towards scalable production solutions\nExperience working with, supporting or building technology for front-office trading teams\nPractical understanding of how trading teams analyse information and make commercial decisions\nExperience translating complex business concepts, relationships and data into technical models for AI-enabled solutions\nRequired Skills:\nAzure Foundry or an equivalent platform\nLangChain and LangGraph\nKnowledge of graph databases such as Neo4j or equivalent graph technologies\nStrong capability in graph-based retrieval, graph traversal and semantic context design\nUnderstanding of semantic modelling, GraphQL and graph-based data architectures\nAbility to build AI and graph-based integrations using APIs and enterprise data platforms\nUnderstanding of data engineering, data pipelines and data architecture\nAbility to support evaluation, monitoring, guardrails and responsible deployment of AI capabilities\nPreferred Qualifications:\nDirect experience in commodities or energy trading, including markets such as power, gas, LNG, oil or related areas\nExperience working closely with traders, quantitative analysts, market analysts or trading technology teams\nUnderstanding of market fundamentals, pricing, positions, exposures, forecasts, physical flows and trading decisions\nFamiliarity with the interaction between quantitative models and qualitative market information such as news, outages, operational events, regulation and geopolitics\nBroader understanding of how front-office activity connects into middle- and back-office processes across a Trading & Supply organisation\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
