This position offers broad project exposure, regular stakeholder interaction, and the chance to contribute to complex site delivery and operational performance.\nRequired Education:\nBachelor's degree in construction management or a related field\nRequired Experience:\nPrevious experience in construction coordination or project management\nExperience managing critical lifts and other crane activities\nExperience managing welding activities\nExperience supporting projects and turnarounds across multiple sites\nExperience estimating field construction activities, including workforce requirements\nRequired Skills:\nAbility to read and interpret P&IDs, complete job walks, and perform material take-offs\nKnowledge of building codes and regulations\nKnowledge of Primavera P6, including interpreting schedules, managing priorities, and providing daily updates\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to manage field activities and present updates to senior management\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively\nProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\nStrong focus on site safety and ability to promote a positive safety culture in the field\nAbility to travel extensively in support of project delivery\nRequired Certifications:\nValid TWIC card\nAbility to pass DISA drug screening and background checks, or similar screening programmes\nPassport for entry to Canada, or ability to obtain one\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrimavera P6 is strongly preferred\nLocation in or around Pasadena or the Houston area\nLocation near project sites in Louisiana, Texas, or California\nNot the job you are looking for?
