The role is centred on subcontract administration, change management and forecast analysis, with responsibility for managing commercial and technical interfaces across Mechanical Work, Buildings, and E&I works. This position offers the chance to contribute to technically demanding project activity within the oil and gas and energy sectors while supporting delivery on a high-profile construction programme.\nRequired Experience:\n Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Oil & Gas or Energy sectors\nExperience on large construction projects\nOnshore project experience\nExperience managing subcontractor performance, variations, claims and commercial impacts on project programmes and forecasts\nRequired Skills:\nStrong subcontract administration and subcontract management capability\nAbility to review and validate subcontractor progress payments\nCapability to identify, assess and support management of variations and claims affecting cost and schedule\nAbility to analyse Site Technical Queries, Site Instructions and Deviation Requests to determine cost impact and support commercial alignment\nChange management and forecast analysis skills\nAbility to monitor coherence between physical progress and economic progress\nExperience supporting work progress, new prices and order changes documentation processes\nRequired Certifications:\nOEUK Offshore Medical\nPreferred Qualifications:\nOffshore experience in addition to onshore experience\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
