This is a long-term contract role working offshore with rotation cycle of 28 days ON / 28 days OFF. Please see details below:\nTitle : Construction Supervisor (Piping/Structure) - Offshore\nDuration: 36 months (potential for extension)\nLocation: Offshore, Qatar\nWorking Schedule: 28 days ON / 28 Days OFF\n(Days off will not be paid)\nJob Purpose:\nCoordinate offshore Brownfield, Shutdown & Hook up Electrical discipline representing the COMPANY, ensuring compliance with Safety, quality, integrity and project objectives.\nCoordinate with OESS & Operation and Contractors to drive efficient Brownfields, Shutdown and Hook up execution & Commissioning and deliver operational excellence during offshore execution phase.\nKey Accountabilities:\nEnsure adherence to all safety, quality, protocols, and regulations during offshore execution activities.\nCoordinate and ensure the successful execution of offshore brownfield, shutdown, and hook-up activities, including commissioning, to meet key project objectives such as safety, quality, asset integrity protection, schedule, and other relevant requirements.\nSupervise and control Contractor/Subcontractor activities related to brownfield and hook-up execution, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, project documentation, and applicable international standards.\nReview constructability aspects and verify compliance with all technical requirements of deliverables provided by the Engineering, Brownfield, and Hook-Up Contractors.\nReview Contractors' progress reports and activity reports, highlighting any critical issues, deviations, delays, or performance concerns.\nLiaise with Contractors/Subcontractors on all matters related to mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning to ensure effective progress monitoring, follow-up, and reporting.\nLead PTW meetings with OESS and Contractors, coordinating with all QE-LNG Hosts to ensure PTWs are issued in strict accordance with approved Method Statements and JSAs.\nReport any discipline-related concerns or non-compliance with QatarEnergy rules and requirements to line management.\nPromote and improve the safety culture during offshore execution activities and on marine units (JUBs, workboats, etc.), ensuring all assigned safety actions are followed up and closed out.\nParticipate in REX (Return of Experience) and Lessons Learned activities for the Company.\n???????\nTechnical and Business Skills:\nExperience with oil & gas operators, EPC contractors, and offshore construction companies.\nKnowledge of offshore fabrication, installation, brownfield, hook-up, and commissioning activities.\nFamiliar with relevant codes, standards, and safety requirements.\nUnderstanding of offshore facilities, sour gas, and LNG operations.\nExperience in large-scale Operations and Project organizations.\nQualifications:\nHigh national diploma -\nMechanical or Structural\n8 years’ experience with Large Projects in Construction related disciplines (e.g., construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion, hook-up, etc.) in the Oil & Gas Industry.\nInterested?
