This position will contribute to contract strategy, tendering, change order management, cost control, and commercial governance across high-value EPC packages.\nRequired Education:\nLegal, Engineering or Management School qualification\nRequired Experience:\nStrong experience in EPC contracts, particularly within SURF package activities\nExperience across both CFT preparation and execution phases of contracts\nBackground in contract management within an international project environment\nExperience supporting brownfield projects\nProfessional experience of 10+ years\nRequired Skills:\nContract administration and commercial management of EPC contracts\nStrong understanding of EPC mechanisms and contractual wording\nChange order management and contractual risk control\nCost control and contract re-forecasting support\nNegotiation, communication and diplomacy skills\nStrong French and English language capability\nTeamworking within multidisciplinary and multicultural project environments\nKnowledge of oil and gas process and construction practices\nLegal, insurance and tax awareness related to contract activities\nAbility to maintain clear contractual records and monitor key contract dates\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with topsides and SPS contract scope\nExperience working on multi-block or multi-project contracts\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
