The role will support production-ready integration, migration stabilisation, orchestration, monitoring and data quality across critical datasets and workflows. This position is well suited to professionals who enjoy solving pipeline reliability challenges, improving reconciliation processes and delivering robust cloud-based data solutions.\nRequired Experience:\nExperience delivering and maintaining large-scale data pipelines in production environments\nExperience working with transaction, payment, loyalty, EPOS/WRE and identity-matching data\nExperience with historical, full and incremental loads, high-water marks and reconciliation processes\nExperience in production troubleshooting, dependency analysis, pipeline repointing and migration stabilisation\nExperience supporting workflow orchestration, retry and restart patterns, and operational handover into business-as-usual support\nExperience with integration testing, production validation and data completeness investigations\nRequired Skills:\nStrong SQL, Python, PySpark and Databricks pipeline engineering skills\nHands-on ETL/ELT development across cloud-based data platforms\nWorkflow orchestration and dependency management\nIdempotent processing, failure recovery, error handling and controlled reloads\nMonitoring, logging, alerting, data-quality checks and freshness controls\nGit, pull requests, unit testing, CI/CD and release support\nAPI, file-based and SFTP integration patterns\nTechnical design preparation and structured testing support\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExposure to reporting or Power BI datasets\nDelta Lake or Delta MERGE knowledge\nDatabricks Asset Bundles experience\nAzure DevOps experience\nMLOps or model deployment experience\nKnowledge of SFMC or Comarch integration\nExperience with customer decisioning or personalisation platforms\nExperience with AWS-to-Databricks migration\nExposure to Informatica, SSIS or legacy ETL environments\nMulti-market SCI knowledge\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
