This position will support the design, development, and operationalisation of analytical solutions that drive measurable commercial insight and decision-making.\nRequired Experience:\nHands-on experience in decision science, customer intelligence, incrementality, value measurement, or related analytical disciplines\nExperience working with high-volume customer, campaign, transaction, payment, loyalty, and margin datasets\nProven experience developing and operationalising production data science and machine learning solutions\nExperience with experimentation, causal analysis, uplift modelling, reconciliation, and analytical audit trails\nExperience building scheduled analytical pipelines and supporting controlled production changes\nRequired Skills:\nAdvanced Python for production data science, machine learning, statistical analysis, matching, weighting, cohort analysis, feature processing, model training, and inference\nAdvanced SQL for campaign, customer, transaction, and measurement data analysis\nStrong Databricks experience including notebooks, modules, jobs, workflows, Delta tables, Unity Catalog data, model registry, and production scoring\nHands-on Spark or PySpark capability for analytical pipelines and large-scale data processing\nGit and Azure DevOps including branching, pull requests, code review, testing, and controlled deployments\nStrong production ML practices including reusable code, configuration, versioning, monitoring, logging, validation, and operational handover\nStrong data validation, reconciliation, and reproducibility practices\nPreferred Qualifications:\nDatabricks Apps, Streamlit, Dash, or React for analytical decision-support interfaces\nMLflow, model registry, and Databricks Asset Bundle experience\nFamiliarity with CRM activation platforms and campaign data such as SFMC or Comarch\nExperience in marketing mix, recommender systems, or operations research\nLoyalty economics, retail fuel, convenience, or CRM domain experience\nPower BI or certified reporting-layer experience\nExperience with Delta MERGE, idempotency, and incremental processing\nExposure to BNA or customer decisioning environments\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
