This position offers exposure to complex oil and gas, petrochemical, LNG, power, mining, and infrastructure projects where accuracy, compliance, and technical integrity are critical.\nRequired Education:\nBachelor’s Degree in Administration or a closely related field\nDiploma in Engineering\nRequired Experience:\nProven experience in a document control role within an engineering, construction, oil and gas, or infrastructure project environment, including senior or supervisory responsibility\n8 years or more of experience in organizing and controlling project deliverables such as drawings, specifications, operating manuals, vendor submittals, filing systems, and document flow procedures\nMinimum 7 years of experience across EPC phases including FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up\nMinimum 5 years of experience in oil and gas industries\nMinimum 3 years of experience in a related designation or specialty\nExperience supporting construction, commissioning, project handover, and close-out activities\nRequired Skills:\nExpert knowledge of electronic Document Management Systems such as Aconex, SharePoint, Pims, or Documentum\nAbility to develop and implement robust document control procedures and workflows across projects\nStrong capability in receiving, registering, tracking, distributing, archiving, and retrieving project documentation\nKnowledge of quality standards, regulatory requirements, version control, and document security practices\nAbility to conduct audits and quality checks of document management systems and records\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook\nStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients\nAbility to supervise, mentor, and train junior document control and administrative personnel\nCapability to generate reports, registers, and logs for progress meetings, management reviews, and audits\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
