This position will play a key role in the execution of Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation (EIA) precommissioning and commissioning activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant project delivery from construction completion through start-up and handover.\nRole Responsibilities\nCoordinate and supervise all EIA precommissioning and commissioning activities in accordance with project schedules, quality requirements, budget constraints, and site safety procedures.\nEnsure commissioning activities are executed following established commissioning methodologies and approved procedures.\nReview and validate vendor and subcontractor commissioning documentation and procedures.\nSupport the development and maintenance of commissioning databases and tracking systems.\nCoordinate activities with construction teams, subcontractors, vendors, and client representatives to ensure successful completion of commissioning milestones.\nPrepare and monitor Ready for Commissioning (RFC) and Acceptance of Completion (AOC) dossiers.\nEnsure handover documentation is complete and accurately maintained.\nSupport facility start-up, performance testing, and final acceptance activities.\nParticipate in project reporting and close-out activities, including final project documentation and lessons learned. \nRequirements\nMinimum 10 years of experience in Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation (EIA) commissioning within industrial, refining, petrochemical, energy, or process plant environments.\nStrong experience in precommissioning, commissioning, construction supervision, and quality control activities.\nProven knowledge of automation and control systems.\nExperience preparing work acceptance and handover documentation.\nFamiliarity with commissioning and construction management tools such as ICAPS, KAIRNIAL, or similar systems.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.\nAbility to work effectively within multidisciplinary project environments and interface with contractors and vendors.\nFluency in English is required.
