This position also plays an important part in maintaining clear communication across engineering teams and other business functions.\nRequired Education:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering specialty, or equivalent professional experience\n\nRequired Experience:\nAt least 5 years of experience.\n\nExperience supervising a team of electrical engineers involved in the design, development and testing of electrical components, equipment and machinery\n\nExperience with power distribution, transmission lines and substations\n\nExperience with high voltage\n\nBroad and extensive knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes and appropriate safety criteria\n\nExperience evaluating and commenting on discipline engineering work performed internally and by contractors and sub-contractors to help ensure alignment with company specifications, standards and regulatory requirements\n\nExperience supporting effective execution of discipline engineering and design routines aligned with team goals, objectives and procedures\n\nRequired Skills:\nStrong electrical engineering capability across design, development and testing activities\n\nAbility to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads and frequent changes in priorities\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office suite\n\nClear communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills\n\nFluent English, including reading, writing and speaking for technical and business communication\n\nAbility to support accurate and timely communication on engineering activities, progress and issues across teams and company functions\n\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
