This position will contribute to surveillance activities, KPI monitoring, shutdown support, and the review of engineering work against company standards and regulatory requirements.\nRequired Education:\nBachelor’s degree in Chemical, Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent professional experience\nRequired Experience:\nExperience supporting operations engineering activities within a plant or facilities environment\nExperience working with pressure equipment, piping, static equipment, rotating equipment, tanks, and plant modifications\nExperience providing engineering support for repairs, alterations, and shutdown activities\nExperience reviewing discipline engineering work to ensure alignment with company specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements\nRequired Skills:\nStrong knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria\nAbility to act as an area engineer supporting a specific operating unit or plant area\nCapability to evaluate engineering work performed internally and by contractors or subcontractors\nAbility to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities\nProficiency in Microsoft Office suite\nStrong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills\nFluent English, written and spoken, particularly for technical and business communication\nAbout Airswift:\nAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
